Dermapen 4™ is a revolutionary micro-needling device that tightens, lifts, and rejuvenates skin with minimal downtime. Dermapen 4™ Micro-Needling skin treatments boost collagen production and elastin in the deep dermal layer to restore healthy, youthful skin, resulting in tighter, firmer, and smoother skin. 

Dermapen 4™ works by gliding over the skin, creating 1,920 micro-channels per second, utilising 16 medical-grade stainless steel micro needles vertically piercing the skin to create controlled micro-injuries to the skin’s surface to produce collagen and elastin. Using AOVN (Advanced Oscillating Vertical Needle) technology, these channels can carry up to 80% more topical nutrients deeper into the skin. The micro-injuries trigger a natural process of repair, increasing the production of collagen and elastin and visibly improving a wide range of skin concerns. The new ACM (Anti-Contamination Management) technology optimises patient safety during micro-needling treatments. 

Yes. Dermapen 4™ is the only Micro-needling device with a dedicated scar setting and protocols for revision of deep scars, including surgical scars, stretch marks, and post-acne scars. Micro-needling promotes collagen and elastin, which builds the tissue within the scars, reducing the indentation of the stretch mark, scars, acne scarring, and pigmentation of these scars. Dermapen 4™ Micro-needling can treat all areas of the body, including the face, neck, back, breasts, decolletage, hips, stomach, and hands. 

There is very little downtime post-treatment.  Individual responses will vary. You may experience mild redness and warmth on the skin after treatment, which should subside within 3-4 hours; others may subside within 1-2 days post-treatment. Mineral makeup may be used 24 hours post-treatment. Our experienced therapist will tailor a post-treatment care plan for optimal results.  

Results can be seen after 1 treatment. For optimal results we recommend a minimum of 4 micro-needling treatments, depending on the individual's skin condition and concerns. Scaring and stretch marks may require a minimum of 6 treatments, depending on the depth and age of the scar. Treatments are performed every 4-6 weeks.  

Dermapen 4™ has the only expertly engineered Anti-Contamination Technology (ACM), optimising patient safety. Using medical grade stainless steel, gamma sterilised needle cartridges, with medical grade silicon seal and fluid guard, to prevent cross-contamination of the outer cartridge shell. All treatment consumables are single-use and sterile; treatments are performed by a qualified therapist. Dermapen 4™ Micro-needling treatment is not suitable for people who use certain acne medication or for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to fall pregnant.
